Expanding fishing to be useful

Currently fishing is pretty useless to majority of players.
I propose we introduce a few new fish types, and make them heal you if you eat them.
If it's simple enough we could expand it farther, such as making fishing a skill you can lvl, higher the level the higher lvl fish you can catch which in turn could do different things (lvl 50 fish heals 1500, lvl 75 heals 2000) and so on.
Too make it harder you could add a cooking option, if cooking failed fish disappear, if cooked they get full health bonus, ect ect. There's a lot we can do to make fishing a useful tool for this game.
