In RPG i think the only place you can get one at the moment, is by going inside one of the 4 houses that are close to the borders of the houses quest map (2 bottom right map), inside the houses you can enter a dungeon, in there you will find the weapon inside a chest. Cant remembre wich one of the 4 houses gives acess to the chest, each house gives acess to the same dungeon, but depending on the house you enter you will be in a diferent part of the dungeon.
