Not as a reward but as some sort of Mark against the name of the muted person to show to others that they are muted.

Maybe disable the pm bubble or even put a cross through it?

To inform others that a character is muted is an idea worth thinking of.

To disable the PM button is problematic.
Players might want to whisper to a muted player, though.
To attach a special sign (like a cross or similar) to the PM bubble could be a way to solve it.

Just like outlaw u can change color of letters to pink or red

Like I said "not as a reward" people seeing a red name will encourage people to get muted.. just a little mark when you click on them. not on their name.

Good idea. Some people choose not to respond to others, which is fair enough. It would beuseful to know about those who can't reply though.
