Are Inactive Accounts Deleted? How long till this is done? And what Lev is the lowest deleted?

0-3 or so. After month of inactivity.

if you lv an acc past level 10 it will never be deleted no matter what the time. If its below level 10 it will get deleted and 3 months or less

after 30days of not logging, level 0 and level 1 chars get deleted.
after 90days of not logging, level 2 and level 3 chars get deleted.
level 4+ are save.
after 90days of not logging, level 2 and level 3 chars get deleted.
level 4+ are save.
