Skin bug?

Well I just got a new visa card and payed for a new skin for my level 34 oger and I logged in and it wont show
Do I need to show proof of purchase? Because idk how to do that help :'(

List of available skins show up when you buy it.
Each class has its own skins. How long ago did you pay for skin? If more than 24 hours ago - pm admin with purchase codes

yes, purchases can be delayed for up to 24hrs. if its not there after that period of time... PM me
