Would be nice to have a small inventory for the tools, because with it, you can optimize your inventory for mining and felling. countless of times i have mined lets say 30 carbon. after that you need 30 iron ores in order to craft 6 steel ingots, but you can only fit 29 ores because the pickaxe takes one space in your inventory i need to go all the way back just for 1 iron ore. With tool belt you can always have your tools with you and keep inventory optimized . i suggess that you can buy it from blacksmith shop for 1m or so.

yes of course but that wasnt the point x)

Ye I know what u mean bit one tip
U can just throw ur pickaxe away qfter uli mined ur last ore and buy a new one after crafting

But then again u are right
With all the tools in this game ur inventory is hardly reduce
For that it would be somehow nice to have a special bag
But I think most players and GMs will say that u can buy pets so u ahve enough room in ur backpack
