Toying with an idea

An idea maybe for a building. No idea how hard it would be to code.
A clan building thats able to spawn units. 2 mages 2 archers 4 swordsman. It would spawn in waves and occupy less space than a tower. Its more for supporting a clan base not made to replace towers or castles as defence.
This would spawn waves aswell. To upgrade the building itself would still need gold planks and stone. Level of the building would also determine level of the units spawned.
To upgrade units additionally class gear would be required by the tower. All units wont be upgraded until all the gear requirements for each class are met. The units cannot be killed by towers, can kill pets. Cannot kill sieges and when killed give 0xp and 0 drops.
To level up the units with gear. Youd have to go through all the steps. So starting at level 50 with full level 50 gear. Then 75 gear then 125 gear so on and so forth. So robes plates helms hats weapons legs And the units would be upgraded to the correct stats. Youd have to go through the gear levels so you couldnt just throw on 250 gear for instance.
To make it a bit harder maybe make it 2 sets of gear per individual unit. So 16 sets of full gear maybe. Not sure how hard that would be.
When a clan building that its close to is attacked the units would spawn and go after the closest attacking person.
Its just an idea for now. But if anyones interested in it. I could try and go further with it.
