Bronze Bracelet Capability

Does it allow you to regen anything during combat or while walking? I tried watching my HP in backpack during combat and it didnt appear to, or the differenct was so small (level 117) as to be insignificant.

The Thunder Ring (also a level 30) gives +5 to Str/Arm/Dex, thus making you harder to hit, take less damage, and deal out damage faster. Since you sacrafice 2Str/2Dex/5Arm to wear the BBracelet if all you can is a little more HP each 4sec tick during rest it doesn't seem to offer anything to the game regards risk/reward. While resting you can go from near death to full HP in just a few evolutions (and in offline you can even do this while mob is approaching during combat if you're not engaged yet by clicking back-pack).
Would recommend consideration in future update for this (and other items that add 10% regen) to allow -just- that 10% regen rate during combat/walking. That would seem better game balance if my option is BBracelet vs TRing.
