Why i got mute for 1 day...that was 4-5 days ago. And im still mute. Last i know if someone was getting perm muted. MOD SAYS SOMETHING TO YOU AND A MESSAGE POPS UP SAYINS SO.

NOW I NEVER GOT MESSAGE SAYING PERM MUTE. OR AT LEAST A REASON.

THIS IS BULL ****. How about you do what your suppose to. And not 1day mute anx turn into perm with out saying so. Or EXPLAIN WHY.

Regarding the mute, permanent mute only applys after the 5 mute and then theres a message displayed, when a GM is applying a mute he doesent know how many mutes the player already have, so he doesent know if the player will become permanentely muted, therefore he cant tell the player he is permanentely muted. The mute applys for 24 hours and is removed by system after that time, if he doesnt remove its because it was the 5 mute for that player.

I will ask administrators to check the mute counter on your account and will inform you as soon as possible.

when i see your edited post, i guess, that you had your 5th mute in the game... the system always shows a message, that you might have overseen.

I reviewed the logs a couple days ago from this incident at the request of another player. your mute was clearly justified, and was #5 for that account which automatically is permanent. you discussed the mute a bit with the GM at the time... I'm sure Gandalf is right about overlooking the "perm" message because of all that was going on because it's not something we send, it is automatically generated by the server... I'll be happy to discuss this with you further if you desire

if you mute, you get a message. code is fine. so a gamemaster does not need to explain the mute, though he should, if possible to avoid these frustrations. we will discuss this internal, yes.
