how can craft shield and plate lvl 100+ in mmorg

How can I craft shield and plate lvl100+ in mmorg.,?why there's not in a list by the blacksmith,? Unlike in RPG you can craft anything you want just sure your lvl is the same lvl that you want to craft.,anyone can answer? pls..

The lvl 100 plate is not crafteable. Surely will be added as drop of some monster, because its required item for a quest.
The shield can be crafted. But the items level 100+ only can be crafted on clan buildings, so sadly you only can do it if you are clan member.

Really that's unpair to get strong plate shield and weapon need to join clan?I hate clan and I don't wanna involve clan war.,anyway thanks for your info..

Yes, I think must be available on the blacksmith, at least all the required for quests items.
Another option is joint a clan only the just time to craft it, then leave the clan.

Or you can buy from higher lvl players. Some of them are actually very nice and won't charge too much.

I hope eventually it could all be crafted without clan, but would cost gold and have reduced craft chance maybe
