Cartographer quest

Ok - so I've been to the Blitzbee shop, 100gp shop and shop near the inn and bought the ice plate, frost legs and frost gauntlets.
Just been to the new screen that sticks out to the right and there is no blue ? above the guy near the village. Any ideas folks?

You cant finish quest? You need Frost plate instead of Ice one

There's a difference? I went to blitzbee shop for ice plate and can't remember seeing frost one.

Frost plate, you can buy it on the blacksmith and the shop of BankTown. Level 20 plate

Please when u make quests u enter real items name. In olds man quest u need to bring him spider poison not potion.

Ok thanks. Sure i read somewhere to go to blitz shop. Oh well, looks like I've got ice plate for sale then:)
