black pearl guy wont talk but has talk sign

I got the black pearl quest from sailor in bar.
talked to the card player.
nowthe sailor hasatalk to me sign again. but hewont talk. im lv380+ with a dragon pet.

the NPC to exchange dragon for pearl is outside. when you have the pearl, come talk to the pirate

thx, did it. this map loads real slow and couldnt get gu tho spawn at first.
now i talkwd to pirate again.git the pirate map andbracelet.
again he has a talk to me questinmark on his head but wont talk . is there another npc i need to spawn?

no, this is a weird behavoiur of that NPC. for the time being that is all you can do with him. hopefully we'll see continuation of the quest with the map in nearest updates. i guess it will involve the drunk pirate
