How make better clan team work

Well has you know in problably all lvls of all players of game, they take like around 3 hours to lvl up at pvm
Why not do same at buildings each 3 hours of cuting wood/making stone/building you lvl up 1
That would make for sure more people create clans and help build towers

3hrs.u talking mages there. maybe dwarfs too. others much slower on account of limited firing/slashing speed.
and right now u can build towers much faster if u prepare and get ur clan organised. especially with the skills.

First you wont teach BK how make fast build LOL
Second was just one ideia, of make creater input xp in clan work

yeah found it bit strabge from u . having build lv1000 castle in new system ( without skills)
