Where is this nowadays? List says 143 chest, but I think that's the cyclops dungeon and hell axe is there now.

In MMO; don't think its added to RPG yet based on my attempts to get one. It is in a chest as well that was bout 80 levels ago and I don't recall which one. I think still associated with the Silverwood dungeon though.

In red cyclops dungeon are two chests. One contains the axe and the other the mitrhil plate.

Mithril plate is indeed dropped by the rat in the dungeon under the library, also rat drops iron plates.

Mostly iron plates are dropped, but will drop mithril plates too, just be patient and kill, kill, kill, till it drops mithril plate, I got 2 mithril plates in about 30mins. the other night. Happy Rat Hunting.

lol in mmo 900m xp without drop. but friend got 2 mytrils in q20m xp. just have to be lucky i guess.

This is true.

I've gone from lvl 175 to 177 killing nothing but rats and pink wizards still no mithril plate!!! Getting frustrated now!!

Its just bad luck friend, on rpg I ended up killing 400-700m worth of rats to get my team their 4 mithril plates. but in mmo I don't recall ending up getting a mithril plate but I never did try for one.

The library rat spawns every 5 minutes. I killed many and never got a drop. Others have been lucky. It's just a matter of how much patience you have. I tried for about 2 hours straight, and nothing.
