Locked!!??

Why am I unable to post a reply in the thread, titled as "Problems with Maximum Clan Building" under the General Information forum?
Is this a bug or I lost the right to express myself? Did I cuss, abuse someone, spread disinfo, threatened someone with dire consequences, or it is just a chance happening like the bug which happened by chance?
I am unable to post a reasonable and logical reply to most of the posts. The "reply" button has been changed into "Locked".

Yes this means the thread has been locked. Meaning no one can comment on it again
Hint : says locked instead of replay

Everyone can post a reply. This happens only with me. The locked thread has a symbol next to the title, which in this case does not appear. Only I can't access to post any reply.
P.S: I respect and trust the staff team, if I were one of you, i would have started crying, whining that MODS are protecting Dr and Raw!! Grow up dude!

Would rather have mods protect with out in game help.
Virus having a mod throwing partys and only letting rash mega know about it. And not post on forum.

The regular threads on General Information are really locked (only regular ones). For some reason, the locked button appears always in these forum section, but you can click on that button and post it. Please try it.

By clicking on the "locked" I am quite sure that I have abused no rule. No "holier-than-thou" situation here yet self-righteousness should be kept in check.

this "Problems with Maximum Clan Building" was created by me in the announcement section. but i set it global. if you go to "general informations", you enter a locked forum area...
just open the "Problems with Maximum Clan Building" in another section and it will be fine
