Need help for Weissein items.

I already have rope,map and ring but I lost the candle. How do I get hold of another candle to enter weissein?
I went back to the chest to see if I can get the candle again but nothing happens.

Hopefully you find a nice player who had already completed the quest and borrows you the candle.

Don't worry I got my mum's tablet I can get a candle from my alt account . Thanks for the help
