Forgotten Tales

Currently I have following group:

swordsman, dwarf, ogre, blue archer (all level 35) and white mage (31)

quest manual says that for village feeding with fish is needed level 30 - and this number was said by game too - but after reaching of this level, nothing happens when I approach to carpenter. Nothing happens means that no blue question mark is shown and if I tap on him, nothing happens.

It happened after I reloaded game after I found that his quest did not appeared in quest log after I spoke with him to get this quest (I could do mistake and in hurry to reject it even if I wanted to accept that quest).

I did not find more problems until this one - unless I would think that it is a bit strange that reward for three potions quest is so low, when this quest is so expensive.

And by the way, I only would like to know if only swordsman must be on demanded level or all members.
