drop rate

Hello, i was wondering if there will be an increase of percentage for the drop rate items. Some items are needed for quests but 0.1% is a bit demoralizing because this means that i have only 1\1000 chances to get the item...

actually offline was already increased... lowest chance for any drop is 1% now
