I want to go into dungeon that needs rope. In map which is top of the world where crazy lion regen. Anyone knows how?

You will need heart of the mountain map with ring of protection, rope and a candle to go into dungeon.
You have to complete storyline quests to get them too.

go into one of the open dungeons for the candle.
go into the underground room for rope
talk to forrester on map to get map.
its more complicated but this is how u start
