There's a NPC that keeps showing up, but won't talk to me.
looks like a Stan in Map 3.-2
Bottom left corner near the ruins
I've checked the Quest list but i can't get any info on him.
Does anybody know what he's about?

I think that's the one who warns players about the clan map.. he's been around since there was only one clan map. Since there isn't a clan map in the offline, he has no purpose really.
