Exp sharing groups

My idea is to add to game possibility of making groups of max 5 players. To avoid powerleveling to join the group you have to be max 50% levels higher or lower than group leader. The exp will be sharing like: gained exp/amount of players in group. This should make more ways to team work in game and as everybody know team playing is much better than alone.

Sounds pretty good
I like the party idea many other games have it
But the problem is people with high lvl mages and dwarfs can help their friends lvl up really easy
And thats kinda unfair I think
