I got the meat a few minutes ago and am currently by the fisherman. I can't seem to talk to him.

hmm.... strange, I haven't heard this issue before :/ thank you for the report... please update in a day or two to see if it's still an issue (I know that sounds silly, but sometimes weird things have a way of fixing themselves lol)
