Crafting Skills Improvement

I'm still fairly new to Forgotten Tales but quit experienced when it comes to MMORPGs. One thing I have noticed is a lack of character customization. When I see another player the same level as me they usually have the exact same armor and they have the exact same amount of skill points. I believe the 125 chest pieces are the only items of the same level with different stats, I would love to see more armor variety for each level with different stats. Another way to add a bit of surprise to PvP would be to use crafting skill points to modify your characters main stats. Example:
Crafting = Armor
Chopping = Dexterity
Mining = Strength
Building = Strength
Fishing = Dexterity
Each skill point could equal 1% stat increase. If my Armor, Strength and Dexterity were all 100 and my crafting skills were 3, 5, 6, 4, 3 them my modified stats would be Armor 103, Strength 110 and Dexterity 108. This would add a bit more customization and a bit more thrill and risk to PvP as you would not know exactly what your opponent's stats are. This would also add a little benefit to building bases and crafting for people. Right now you either can work on you base for the clan or go level to make you character better. This change would allow you to do both. I personally love crafting, I think it’s the best part of RPG's, and I know many others that feel the same way. This would allow people to help their clan and members without falling so far behind on character progression.
