what does this do? altar thing in crypt

hey guys just seen this altar looking thing, it definitely wasn't there before so what does it do? its in the crypt/dungeon thingy under the town where u find those archers with the fire bows lmao i know i cant remember the name of the town.

Silverwood town. It's part of a quest. Tap on it and see what the message is...

it just says bring a red mixture.... is this a hp pot ? or is it one of those things i can buy from the witches hut ? or is it something completely different?

hey james, yeah i needed to take a break, with problems with the gf(ex now) and kids etc... tried coming back but everything was in the air, decided to wait a bit for the game to become less of a beta version... and more balanced
oh where is blitzbee island? is there a new map with legend? i still have a copy of the 5x5 map with the legend and locations lol

ermmmm i die if i go south west i die in the north.... where should i be heading at lvl 55. ps need a modd to reset the "rescue boys from catacombs" quest it bugged and the boys are not in there....
