Help, I lost the quest item

Hello.
Quest about a rope, a candle and a map. Miner tells me to go into the mine, but there's nothing there. Long time ago I was working on this quest and lost an item. Therefore, I can not get a rope and finish the quest. Please, help! How do I get a rope if I messed up the quest.

then, we can solve this issue easily; either ask a player, if he can lend you his rope or ask a GM (blue named) to add a rope to your backpack.

My account was used on my friends device and he was using my account and had lost a lot of the quest items and now I can't complete any of the quests how do I get them done my in game name is lance, swordsman, lvl 51

I see, you admitted there, that you share your account, and that is how your items were lost.
I'm afraid, that, since you broke the game rules, and that caused your loss, this will not be fixed by the GM team.

In these cases, accounts/items/gold are rarely restored, if ever.
