New GM: Arashiko

Since I didn't see an official announcement, here ya go.

Everyone, Arashiko has been recruited to the team, and has been a GM for a short while now.
She is a junior, with a white name, but is a GM.
So everyone show her the love and respect she deserves, and welcome her to the team ;)
