If you need to:
- make a report of any kind
- request for help
it is advised that you send GM Inbox a message.
The first available GM will handle your case or refer it to a specific staff member if needed.
This new contact system will allow reports to be streamlined, prioritized, and handled in a faster manner.
Whether you need an admin or a regular GM, this is the recommended means of contact from now on.
If you need to contact a specific staff member directly, you may still do so and write them a personal message.
However, if they do not reply within three days, rule 11 applies and it is advised you send your next message to GM Inbox.
Note that rule 11 has been reworded accordingly with the new GM Inbox system.
Keep in mind, that what you write in the message, and how you write it, can help:
- be a little descriptive in your title of what the issue is, or what you need (a blue named GM could likely go for the subjects they think they can handle, while avoiding one titled for an admin, as a possibility)
- in the message, provide as many details as you can, such as game time, map, character's name and so on, along with a description of the situation
General questions are still welcome, but may be delayed in answer depending on mail traffic.
It is our hope that this contacting system will result in a faster method of handling player issues than what we have already.
