Re: Auto Disconnect for AFK players
nah, edits don't bother me anymore. They only slightly bothered me at the time because I thought it bothered other people to see someone editing the same post all the time, ig posting 3 edits in succession is more annoying to most people. *rolls eyes*

I agree 100% with Ryo on his post about time limit and afk players. P.S I edited this. Is good to see him posting again...

Thanks for that.
Although, I don't think this version of the forum lists edits at all times, like the old one did.
Anyway, it's nice to see you here, as always.
And it's nice, that something we've wanted in game for a long time, is finally in the game. (this original topic of this thread).
I hope, this trend continues, and more things come to the game in the coming times.
I can say, with the hints of secret info that I'm privy to - I'm quite excited, myself.

Re: Auto Disconnect for AFK players
I also am against lengthening the afk timer. 5 minutes is PLENTY.
I'm used to a game with a 30 second auto logout timer. 5 minutes is ages.
The only time I've been auto-dc'd so far is when I'm in the middle of "walking" one char on tablet and stop to talk with other on phone.
If you can't tap 2 buttons (one to open even inventory, quest book, friends list, etc and another to close it) once every 5 mins then that's pretty lazy, I should know because I'm prolly one of the laziest players admittedly and this afk timer has had very little to no effect on my normal gameplay.
I just gotta make sure I tap on other device now if I get distracted talking

Re: Auto Disconnect for AFK players
if you're already attacking, does tapping the button perhaps not register as an action?

Re: Auto Disconnect for AFK players
Works fine when I do it. Its more when less players are around that I get kicked. It's not laggy at first, just kicks me then when I log back I get really laggy for a short amount of time. For me it's on any account but usually on a less populated map.blitzcraig wrote:if you're already attacking, does tapping the button perhaps not register as an action?
