Note that, you can send the info privately if you don't want to post it publicly.
However, there is no guarantee that you'll get the house you seek.
First come, first served. They go up for sale right after the scheduled server restart, typically.
Looking at the time of your post, I'd say this may be possible for you to be available for, at least on the weekends.

You could try making other arrangements with compbatant perhaps.
Maybe, he can schedule your requested house to become available on a certain day.
Or maybe, he may be willing to make other arrangements I am not aware of.
I cannot say for sure on that.
