Haha yeah I definitely remember. Also, running to those two chests in the bottom middle screen with a very low dwarf trying to avoid blue swordsmen
for what it's worth, I totally agree... that type of gameplay is great ;) ... the problem is, of course, if you lower the level restriction too much, then a high level will walk 100 players through who gain 20 or 50 or 100 levels... if you change it to gaining a level instead of experience, then there's no benefit (maybe even a penalty) for doing it early when it's difficult. it's hard to find a balance.
if there is a specific quest that you think should be a different level restriction, and can give a solid reason why, post it... many have been changed over the years :)

Hmm. Good point. Maybe no changes in level requirement for quests. Just a thought. When quest is started at a players quest level, include a message like, "Warning! This quest may take you to dangerous areas. Consider teaming up with friends to achieve your quest objective."

Maybe that will help keep solo quest hunters from venturing into dangerous areas on their own and spark more team work for ppl of similar levels to work together. Of course, no matter what, high lvl players can always make it easier regardless of weather there are level requirement changes or not.

true but then anyone over lvl 100 is gonna get bombed with help requests lol i try to help when i can but i get asked so often lol and sometimes i need help which im grateful of but it does get annoying at times lol. maybe remove lvl restrictions for under lvl 20 quests and have more things like entering citys or using teleports or maps limited to certain lvls so that way they are kept in a bubble ?
