No not a "Pet Park"
Simply "kill" the pets ability to kill in that area. Meaning they can walk through with their owners but will NOT attack. If parked there, they would become "tanks" and if left for 1001 nights maybe a wolf # 647,349 will finally kill it.
I wonder how many "owners" will park their pets there if they are in a: "Pets Can't Kill Zone"
