About those who are not in clan the current pvp allows pvp in a range of 3 lvls lower than the player level. But a player can attack anyone higher than his lvl. I would suggest 1 thing the player who attacks 1st will get his damage reduced by 50% and dex by 50%. By this a player will think twice before attacking another player. The player who gets attacked upon will have better survival
The outlaw system and PvP system need to be fixed, so that some are not victimized.
It happens - but I'm not entirely sure how.
Players are outlawed when they should not be, and PvP is weird itself at times.
Knowing this, I don't attack outlaws on my alt unless I'm sure they deserve it in some fashion.
