It shows several things. Who (non-clan) attacked you first, how much time left as an outlaw, and how much time left to join or create a clan again. There are probably others that could/should go in there also, but I know of those 3.

The information tab is sort of a catch all for suggestions. There have probably been a few dozen suggestions on what all could be added to that tab over the years (yes, a few of them mine). That poor unappreciated information tab!
