The NPC is not on the main spectre map so look for what could be a door. Not the door that's on the right side with the altar and such.

I think there is a level limit or ?

Is it till 149 level ?

If yes, than why i have that quest on my high acc ?

I heared that quest cant be done by me.

Thank you. I found it and finished it but didn't get the club for the ogre . I don't know what to do now?

What does your questbook say exactly?

I must admit this one has me stumped. I've given the spectral walker what he requested (cool name for the cat too). The walker summoned who I assume was J Rogue. I killed him but got no drop. My quest log now still says Find J Rogues hideout....you kill 0 of 1. I've been around the dungeon of doom again, back to the hideout on 0.-1 and been unable to talk to any of the NCPs involved in this quest. What am I missing?

Not sure if this will help, but perhaps go back to the Kulgan's guard NPC at Kedington Village and see what he has to say.

It's worth a try anyway.
