Dave, you need to calm down a little. You are not wrong... compbatant does not read all the forums as I understand it. But you and I both know that reading all the posts everyday can be time consuming... I took a couple days off, and it took me over an hour to read them all!
The way its supposed to work I think is the admins report issues to him, and the mods report issues to the admins. But thats a lot of work for the mods, especially because it seems like some aren't on regularly... hey, people do have lives you know. (Maybe I don't so much though )
All I mean by that, is some mods may have busier things going on in their lives, like work, kids etc. and its tiring... then after a long day you have to come on here and work some more. Most mods I know hardly get any time to play and enjoy the game.
So lets try and figure out a way to make it easier... thats my thought, and why I made the one post. Have you pm'd any mods, asking if this topic is being looked at? Have you organised your thoughts into something brief, clear and concise? Have you sent it to the right person?

In it blitzcraig lightly touches on some of the things they are looking at... and the outlaw thing is included in pvp. Now I have taken this a step further, trying to get answers for the frustrated players, and it should come soon.

I think this is an awesome idea, but needs care in implementing as some may find ways to abuse it (as Dave pointed out)
