You DO NOT need a password to buy skins. If it asks for a password, it can be wrong, you can still purchase skins for others. Not sure if this works for levels.

The problem is this: no matter what measures are put into place, if people are willing to give their accounts away, we cannot stop them... IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR CHARACTER, DO NOT GIVE IT AWAY!

I don't see how this changes anything... you're just adding a 2nd password. If someone is willing to share their first password, they're likely to share the 2nd one as well.
