I really dislike your tone here. You "like" helping, but have no time.
You have "enough" people in Team, but they no have time to fix issues...
We have real lives too.. we spend hours helping, but in this situation there's many things going on.
Your comment about "enough" people only seems to convey negativity such as jealousy and anger; I would guess because you feel you should be part of the team... yet, this comment itself is evidence that you are not ready for such responsibility.
Please, take more care with your comments, and don't use veiled insults.
