Ok, heres the prob with becoming an outlaw when you leave a clan. First, when you are in a clan to be a clanmate, and have been for weeks to months on end, why would you ever join to attack low lvls? No point in leaving a clan anymore if you dont want to be an outlaw. and that goes for low lvls to. They join and leave clans all the time, and to be made an outlaw, you just got them killed.

Reporting isaleva for camping infront of 100g city for hours already she does that prrmanently i think there is a bigger punishment needed than just outlaw
