Thats my point Gandalf it's a year later balance in the class has not been fixed....instead we have animated NPC's walking around....
Priorities the game needs a strong foundation with balance classes not useless detail junk. Think about it there is no sense in painting a house with a poor foundation. the creator should fix the cracks in the foundation then paint the house

I can agree on both side of this matter, cleo does have a point as well as Gandalf. As of currently some of the major problems are not being fixed like pvp class balance which is a known issue for over a year. However, getting into a cussing match over the forum will only slow things down, take a deep breath it is truly a matter that needs fixed. These last updates with the clan buildings going smaller mess a lot of stuff up, and now the tree soon be the same however if you look at it also makes pvp easier by not getting stopped by so many trees.. lol. But still leave main issues the in-balance between the class, but if the mods and creator were to rush a "quick" fix yea may work for sometime but wouldn't you rather it be fixed and done. There is a lot of coding going into the combat system it's not that simple to change and redo to make an balance combat system. However I do feel Gandalf, temporary if you all would look into maybe higher health potions to help combat against mages damage for melee till a more permanent fix can be coded into place.

True a cussing fight will not solve anything (and was never my intentions) ...but WE PAY WE SAY
Go head and look at the list it's getting bigger they're paying customers that want to see the true problems fixed. I know the creator is afraid that if he attempts to try to fix the game he'll lose paying customers but he is already losing paying customers....what does he have to lose in fact he has more to gain by attempting fixing the true problems. These are major problems in the game and I am not the only 1 that is tired having them ignored. Yes patience is a virtue but how long must we wait...1 years...2 years...3 years.....the players of the game won't wait forever

I'm all for this honestly, I played every class to level 100 at least except for ogre working on that class currently. I mainly play a mage, and I'm only 299 almost 300 and can see the imbalance mages hold on the game. My two favorite classes are Archers and Mages currently, and I believe it is unfair to those who enjoy playing the other classes to have to suffer fast deaths from mages over 1k. Honestly you can barley recruit new member to a clan let alone start a new clan because of this. I truly believe there needs to be a fix and it's been a long enough wait. In my opinion the creator should be eagerly wanting to fix this as not only maybe lose 1/4 of paying mages cause they can no longer bully new clans, and older clans but probably benefit in the long run by opening the doors to other classes which have money and probably willing to buy levels if it would benefit them more. As of currently thou the biggest benefits to buying levels in the game goes to the mage hands down, and I believe you are only limiting yourself by closing doors to other classes. There needs to be a fix soon or players are going to start varying off to play other games due to this bulling problem that resides currently in FT.

I quit game awile ago because of the problems. I wish it gets fixed soon. Was going to buy to 8k lvl but wont because not worth it if game doesnt get fixed.WE PAY WE SAY!!

the key word here was powerless I think.
There seems to be a total lack of quality control, checks and coordination with updates.

most problems orginate with updates. updates are done while there are still clear bugs, flaws and glitches.
I find it impossible to believe if gm was involved before the update that no gm realised people would hide behind towers. or that there would be gaps.

it looks like they were just called in to clean up the mess. and most landed on blitzes plate.

there seem to be no procedures about updates, it looks like creator makes and implements them without planning it with gm.

if u get an operation a whole team stands by in case something goes wrong.
an update in a 'life' it system is similar.
it should be done with minimal disruption.
In my previous job i was responsible for it systems of a big multinational. there were phases. planning, programming, testing and implementation. the whole team was involved in all phases. testing was done in a closed environment not connected to the life system. affected people were involved abdnd informed on timing. when the changes were made life, crisis teams were there at the time to handle problems. procedures were clearly defined on paper and all knew their roles.

In ft it seems gm mods and admins are just there to clean up the mess made by sloppy implementation of not fully tested or thought through changes.

In result i feel mad about changes, mad about implementation and guilty about asking mod help.
because tgey cant help it. they are powerless if creator rekeases sloppy work without informing and including them.

It was a flaw of many it programmers in my time, too, tunnelvision. the whole team must be involved in implementation. admins and mods must tell creator so. if they dont these situations only get worse.

I call upon GM admins and mods to DEMAND from creator clear guidelines/procedures on gm involvement during planning, testing and implementation of big changes. You are volunteers, U can unvolunteer. if you get not more involved in the earlier stages, you get more and more of these situations. unfair to you as well as players. the only who benefits is creator.... money rolls in
