I recall reading that it can be done.. if you have a pc emulator of some kind on your device. I think you would need a powerful device to run the emulator though.Linus the Great wrote:What if you only have a tablet can anyone make a map app? That would be great but it will never happen.
Is there a way to do it on a android device? Like a tablet?

Im considering an idea. First ill need to learn the editor but how big can a map be. How bigs too big and if its going to lack spawns can the map be bigger.
The idea is to create a giant clan map. Since space for clans is limited as it is.

Re: Map Editor instructions [updated editor 23.05.2014]
Generally speaking, the Biggest map allowed is 10x10 (160x160) which is the size of all the world maps... if nothing was on it, it would make sense that it could be slightly larger and still maintain equal device requirements, though I doubt that the creator would want to do that (I've been wrong about that before though) I'd say send him a PM with that question, because he's really the only one who could answer it for sure (usually I recommend sending PM to admin, since that's really how things are set up, but in this case a direct approach is probably easier for everybody IMO)
Let me know if you run into questions with the editor, we started to work on improving the instructions, but I simply have not had time... I'd love to help if I can though with anything you run in to

I know I've offered this before, but I'm available to talk (if you're interested) about things that will/will not work..obviously it's up to compbatant what he puts in game, but I've worked with him enough to have learned a few things
it sounds like you're doing things that I know he will not be able to implement into the game, and I hate to see you spend extra time on that instead of fine tuning the stuff that maybe he could use...
Anyway, I know you like to do everything on your own, but felt I should offer one last time

Cheers for that. Ill have a tinker with the editor when i get home. The general idea though is to try and test a clan map thats huge while not eating up device power. Shouldnt be too hard to monitor via vmware
