I send them to the GM Inbox all the time and only a few times has someone responded "let me tell you where you should really file this..."
Well, ok, maybe not. I do imagine messages going around though to the tune of "I had to open his last one, so it's your turn now!" Then the reply "I'll take a round of map checking if you deal with his message?" Oh how the bargaining goes... "Two rounds for me and I get the next spawning event!"
