I looked on monster list. There are better monsters that would be available to a lower lv than I am. For instance a blinking mage is better than a dino
Why it is better?
Dinosaur is level 232 and blinking mage is 198.

If pet stat is same as that of the monster than..
Dinosaur (lvl 232)
DMG: 3000 ARM: 175 DEX: 145
SPD: 7 RNG: 1 FREC: 3000
HP: 90000
Blinking Mage (lvl 198)
DMG: 10000 ARM: 45 DEX: 205
SPD: 7 RNG: 8 FREC: 5000
HP: 80000
Blinking mage got more dex than dinosaur as a result it can tank dinosaur also which is higher than its level. But dinosaur cannot tank Blinking Mage.
Blinking mage does far more damage than dinosaur. And if two goes head to head,i think blinking mage will win.And there hp is also not that much different.Plus Blinking Mage got ranged attacked. So,i think blinking mage is better.

yes this is true but I've noticed none of the new pets are ranged only melee

Comp my concern is that my purchased monster is not the strongest monster I could've gotten. The dino has less dex than a blue mushy man. So the mushy could kill my dino easy. And a blinking mage could kill a mushy easy. All these monsters are under 1/2 my lv. The same applies to the gold Dragon for a lv 770 . the dragons dex makes it weak. My dino could kill a lv 770 players gold Dragon. I'm saying the lv means nothing when the dex is low. Am I right,?

In the next client update I will give option to choose any pet with level not higher than half of character level. Now I am working on many internal changes in game engine so I need to finish it first before I can implement this. If you want to have pet with lower level please ask GM they should help.

The new problem arising with cash pets is spawn killers using monsters to kill the cash pets. One guy killed my dino with mushies because I would not buy him a pet. I barely escaped with the second dino. This sort of rules breaking is now costing players their money as well as their patience.
