In that MAP u posted...where is the NPC for the stairs in ardeisa QUEST ?
They are marked as teleports to HGM on that map. One for humans (bottom one) and the other for orcs (top one) depending on who you helped with the missing forge gear.
You need to talk with the npc for an initial quest and then get get the quest to open the passageway. You need to fix the passageway from within HGM.
