I just checked. 350 plate and robe upgrades to +2 are also fixed.

and where now u upgraded from +1 to +2 ?

1500 weapons can be upgraded at the devil NPC near platinum. +0 to +1 and +1 to +2.

350 plate and robes can be crafted to +0, then upgraded to +1, then upgraded to +2, all by the smith under the Kings Garden. The one in the 300+ area, not the lower level with adamantium.
