Don't be stubborn, go elsewhere and enjoy other maps. Map 4.3 is nice aswell with giant petry and worms.

That means one or more of the following:

1. You are an outlaw
2. You are in a clan
3. You have attacked him before
4. You are on his friend list (or vice versa)

In which case, the player is entitled to attack you.

There are steps you can take to help yourself.

If you are an outlaw, serve the punishment and stop attacking others.

Leave the clan.

Don't attack higher level players.

Unfriend him.

Yes I am in a clan and I know that enables people to attack me. However, following someone all over the map just to kill them is harassment. I should be able to use the game’s clan feature without being constantly harassed by a single player.

. As already being mentioned many times. Being in clan is also to take risk to be attacked constantly. Best way is to leave the clan.
Afterwards if they or same player is breaking rule 9b then you can report again and i will investigate his movements. If you do not understand or know if he actually harassing you then try to find information in forum regarding harassment, I'm pretty sure you are not the only player who've experienced same situations.

This situation did fit this description from you, “If you clearly notice that they are chasing you in other maps even if you have chosen to stay away and this hunting is repeated by the same player or players, I consider this to be harassment and which means that they then violate rule 9 B…”.
I left clan and I’ll report again if it keeps occurring.

Attempted to kill my pets on multiple characters as well as lower level pets grinding lower in map

DistanceXD killed my pet…

I was there leveling then he came attacked me, i went up to safezone he spawned and spawned.
My pets and me cant got out and he killed my pet.
