This scenario seems similar to another back in March. Though I personally dislike certain game behavior I think my response then might also apply to this thread. Here is the link to my response and the other discussion then.

Correct me if I'm wrong. Are you saying that the GM team pretty much help who they want when they want and how they want to do it?

This is not what is being implied, whatsoever. I am saying that there is a culture embedded in the FT community of players that simply do not care for the rules & implement what they feel is just. They do so knowing that the GM team are overloaded & take advantage of that by continuing errant behaviour. In this respect, discussing it in a case by case matter with ONLY staff, is self-limiting because this is something that players themselves need to address. In part by discussing openly and acting together, and to cease enabling or covering up dishonest, inconsiderate & unfair play, or any form of glitch abuse or cheat-mechanism. It upon us all to make it abundantly clear that we will not tolerate or be a part of it.

I've said this before, also - I was GM/Admin for four years. Running a server solo for 2 of them, I understand a lot more than you realise.

But in this case we have a topic to openly report players for violating rules. Every player that was reported in this topic viewtopic.php?f=12&t=16391&start=130 was punished accordingly to the rule they violated.

I wish we could buy grinding spot too for real money or game gold like how we buy personal house... so that people do not neet to fight for grinding spot. As number of players r increasing day by day. Its like world population is increasing while food is reducing.

That would actually make things worse, rather than better. The best spots would then belong to those who can pay, along with the friends they invite. There would be absolutely no chance for those they class as outsiders.

I wasn't aware that this was the official purpose of this post, though I have read it.

That said, after reading through it again, I 100% agree with this comment:

Hit them hard. I've been in this situation for four exhausting years, when staff number are low - only harsh punishment is a deterrent to offenders, especially the perpetual ones. Roll out a new dawn of justice for the GM team, it's the best answer to deal with the onslaught.

He left his pets "spider"s behind dogs spawn and steals my exp, I'm an outlaw(so i can't left safety zone)
I need lvl up,but he get exp in "warlock"s so I don't want steal his exp. But his pets kill wardogs and steal my exp
I wrote him in different languages (English and Russian) but he ignoring me,he doesn't care
