can't do a straight nerf, I agree there..... however, mages are much more than slightly overpowered. also, a well equipped swordsman will kill an archer just fine if he's not as well prepared - - and a dwarf (high level) had huge pvm grinding advantage over archer ;)

just take a look at howmany 500+ of each class there are. almost all high amounts of lvls are bought on mages. because thwy become killing machines who dont runout ofmanna anymore. no skill needed at all.period. its different withlv 300-500 mages.theyare still overpowered and a good mage 500 player will beat a good archer 1000 player every time if his connection staysgood. but it still takes skill.

btwi hate tbe argument made thatamage has to.wait so much for mannato regenerate. first. not anymore at high lvls. secondother classeshavero wait to heal

realy like how swordsman are now. from the weakest character to no. 2 behindmages in pvp. great job there.

my ratings in terms of use to clan.

mage: at lv500+ killing machine , clan bully and great money maker

sword : defender and supporting attack (stun)

dwarf: great money maker (better then mage until mage gors over 1000+).

ogre: dont have much experience

archer: underdog, was great until they introduced unfreeze, pets and backpack. freeze skill useless now since it needs to regenerate and everyone carries loads of unfreeze.
still most funto play.

multiple shot, or strafe might help archers, faster attacking speed might also do the trick. Nerf of mages not helping game.

Exactly that. Theres a better way to do it. Buffs not nerfs. Guess wel find out in september but ideas have been floating around it appears.

Hopefully whatevers done is thoroughly thought through. Thoroughly tested for all levels and is the best possible result. One slight change can ruin a class. One item addition can do the same. Archers and anti freeze comes to mind

messing up the mage stats is NOT the way to go...Think mages are overpowered now...a couple years ago they were almost invincable. What is needed in a multi attk skill added to archer and ogre.... thats it..... Mage will be streonger still in raw atk power but so what.... If all the chars are EQUAL.... It will be totally BORING to play...... differences in class make for the using of STRATEGY.....

mages dont lvl faster at least the low lvl doesnt...... high lvl yes this comes from thier raw power HOWEVER they are limited by mana rechargeing whereas other classes arent
.. Also most mages dex is low so if one uses STRATEGY mages can be killed in PvP...'

I agree there the fix for the freeze arrow was not a potion to undo but a shorter effect time for freeze arrow imo

I agree make mage mages weakers not point , but yes make other carathers strongers
But i still think a mage with bad net is lot wrost then other carathers

Not really because the mage on bad net just needz to spam heal more. Ive done it pre 2k. Im mostly on a bad connection anyway. Always have been. We have an advantage over people thats clearly true (maybe not new M).

Buffing other classes would help. Even thinking over that limited mana pool idea for all classes and making skills work based off that instead of cooldown could be pretty good. But with tweaks instead to skills.
