You can make another account to have it transferred. You still keep your account

I’m not trying to be needy here but I spent about 18$ on these 2 premium skins that I can’t even use waiting on this Minotaur skin. It’s been about 8 days or more now since I first asked. They are in my pack waiting to be switched over. Please fix this issue. Or just make the skin a special have to buy skin.
