2 times after logging in I was in another place and had 4 levels less on the island of devils

Today, when I went to mine ore, I saw the player who attacked me earlier. I decided to kill him, pvp was fine. But out of nowhere, IGM appeared. He said I was breaking the rules. lockwood just stood there silently, not telling what happened, but IGM somehow figured it out. Because of this, it seemed to me that it was one player. There was also something else strange. lockwood used his ogre FARIAS. When his ogre was online, IGM was offline, but as soon as IGM left the game, his ogre appeared in the game. And it made me wonder if they were definitely different people or not.
How IGM can use a special account to protect another account due to their own mistake.
The screenshot shows that he attacked me first, and there could be no violation. Rule 0b says that we must listen to all the words of GM and IGM, lockwood knew this too and decided to abuse this rule for his own benefit.

I was trying to do house of houses quest and I am stuck in the middle of it. I finished the top two houses but the npc’s for the bottom two houses will not talk to me.

Also I cannot start the Hobbs mine quest line for some reason but I have finished moving the two mothers to ardensia, the prison quests, and the hammer+4 quest to mention a few.

Is there something wrong with that account or am I missing a quest somewhere?

For HoH, you didn't finish talking to Proditor:

For Hobbs Gold Mine, it looks like you haven't spoken with the boy's father outside of the mine to get things started. He can be spawned a bit below the mine entrance.

Needed Level: 150 – Due to other quests

I had two little accounts get stuck on crossing a map to the next , they appear to be walking in place. Approx 11:45 CST time. The little accounts are Bookbinder and FT-onian. I hate to lose Bookbinder as has some crafted items, not irreplaceable but rather not lose. Also the screen is now black when I try to re log these accounts. Also two different devices I used though same wifi. Other accounts come up but I dare not try to move.

Maybe it will right itself at reset but I'm afraid to use any of my good accounts now as these accounts had this fate befall them back to back in a few minutes. Thanks.

UPDATE The accounts can be accessed again, thank you to whoever helped!

So I'm walking, I'm not touching anyone, and these players are standing. I don't touch anyone, one immediately throws me into the camp, the others kill me. They are not allowed to enter the forge quest
