(You) I will make sure of that.
Requirements: You would need to be lv 45 to be able to accept it.
After you complete the quest you would receive boots of the gods.
Item stats Lv 50 3str 3dex 3armor +1 walking speed.
Quest log: Kill ten sword vlads , retrieve their heads, kill Tepes retrieve the cane and, report back to the weary old man.

You: You figured that out? Wow, I can try to get you the ingredients if you want.
Ascanius: That would be great! But it is hard work, are you sure about this?
You: Definatly! And do you think you could make two so I can have one?
Ascanius: Sure I just need the following ingredients: two papers, one sting, and two bottles of magic ink. Do you think you can get that?
You: I will certainly try.
Ascanius: Ok, come back when you get all the items.
Required things to activate quest (needed items and how and where you can get them, minimum level, already finished quests, needed gold):
Must have level 30
Must have completed quest #07
Action executed after finishing quest (receive items, add experience points, add gold, teleport to other place, spawn monsters):
1 Amok Spell

2.-2 or3 3.2
Quest log - short text displayed after clicking:
Ascanius needs you to collect the following: two pieces of paper, one sting and two bottles of magic ink.
Items added to the game:
Paper (made by crafting two wooded planks)
Magic ink (made by crafting spider posion and vampire blood)
Amok Spell (Uses 15 mana. When used will make one monster attack any other monster within range, If no other enemys are within range the monster will attack you. You can sell it for 30k)
Notes:
If you accidently sell or drop the amok spell you can buy it from Ascanius again for 50k.
If the Amok spell would not work with the game than a home teleporter that teleprts you to map 0.0 might work?

I think there should be a man by the pirate ship asking you to sneak on the ship and steal his treasure back from there secret island. Only ways you can board the ship is if you are level 50 and have on the complete pirate outfit. When you enter you are on a new pirate hideout little island with stronger pirates and strongercreatureas that go in attack mode when you touch there treasure that they stole from tha man. Once you have the treasure the man will appear on the other side of the island to take you back and fourth as you choose. Reward.. 100k xp and dark pirate sword. But the reward can be changed to your liking.

I dont want reward, but how about beatin the minotar maze and concurring the monotar, i would do that quest

What if there was a quest where on spawn map (0,0) there was a traveler that wanted help getting all the drops from the 2 bosses the swamp dwarf on map (-2,1) map under new clan map. You need the swamp shield and the diamond axe. And the sapphire dragon on map (2,-2) map under 100 town you would need a solar staff and a swamp club.
Ounce you have all 4 items you take back to the traveler. And he rewards you by giving a LVL 100+ item a non craft able item.

I have already done all the current quests so New one could be like this:Bring 8 Razorswords and 3 Mithril Ingot to knight who gave you the Fury sword.Level 50 at least.Reward Mystic shieldand 250000exp.Must have done Sebastius crafting quest first.Dialogue:Greetings.I would need your help.If you bring me 8 razorswords and 3 Mithril ingots I give you special gift.

I'd like to see more dead-area quests. Like very low levels and 20-50s. Most seem to cater to mad-dash tactics around level 10 or above 50 quests, all of which are extremely difficult without spamming Green Flow.
Most have far too difficult quest items or overwhelming rewards. Vampire Blood to cure the mushroom-poisoned boy? Pretty much impossible until far later levels yet you can begin the quest at very low levels. That's an example of an unbalanced quest. It shouldn't even be receivable until later levels, likewise with the line of library quests.
This is hard to swallow for new offline players. I'm beginning to write some quests to fill that void.

That sounds great curmudgeon
sounds like you've got a good sense of storylines in gaming. the only advice I'll offer is that writing for mmorpg is very different in that you have to be very careful the quest cannot be exploited by using many alts (any item you give in a chest or at quest-end will lose all value because ten players will get a thousand each with many alts unless you level protect it) also, even a difficult quest may need to be level protected because a low level character could complete it with help from a higher level... you are probably already aware of this, but thought I'd throw it it there just in case

Of course. 
I dig old-school single-player isometric RPGs, so my quests will be written mainly for offline play and would need some minor modifications for the MMO variant.
I'd also like to do some recommendations on current offline quests to start a better entrance for the single player experience. Balance the difficulties, balance the rewards, balance the enemy spawns by map, etc.
What are the experience amounts by level again? I'm going to place them in a spreadsheet alongside quests geared towards those levels.
